Using the EQ Settings

Step 1 - Download the ODDICT APP and log in or create an account to continue
Step 2 - With the earbuds inside the case, open the cover and press the + sign
Step 3 - Select TWIG and begin pairing
Step 4 - Once pairing within the app is complete, go to the Bluetooth setting to complete the device connection or press SKIP if the TWIG is already connected
Step 5 - Choose a preset or create one based on your preferences

Connecting TWIG

Step 1 - Be sure to remove the blue protective film and charge for a few minutes before use. Only proceed with Bluetooth pairing once the film has been removed.
Step 2 - Turn on the connecting Bluetooth device
Step 3 - When the case cover is opened, the earbuds will turn on automatically and enter pairing mode
Step 4 - Go to your Bluetooth settings and select TWIG
Step 5 - If you see both TWIG and TWIG LE from the options, select TWIG

Manual Pairing

Step 1 - Open the case cover
Step 2 - Press and hold the button found on the bottom of the case for 8 seconds
Step 3 - The LED light found on the side of the case will then blink 4 times

Operating Controls

Tap twice to accept/end a call
-To accept or end a call, tap 2 times on either right or left earbud

Tap twice to play/pause
-To play or pause the track, tap 2 times on the right earbud

Tap twice to play the next track
-To play the next track, tap 2 times on the left earbud

Tap 3 times to play the previous track
-To play the previous track, tap 3 times on the left earbud

Tap 3 times to activate Siri or Google Assistant
-To activate the voice assistant (Siri or Google Assistant) tap 3 times on the right earbud

Always tap near the upper section
-For better accuracy tap near the upper section of the stem (upper stem)

Installing the silicone tips

Step 1 - Match the R/L labeled earbuds to their appropriate silicone eartips
Step 2 - Ensure that the silicone tips line up properly with the earburds

Factory Reset

Step 1 - Plug a USB Type-C cable and begin charging the carrying case
Step 2 - While the carrying case is being charged, open the cover and press the button found on the bottom of the case for 15 seconds until the LED status light blinks 8 times
Step 3 - After 15 seconds, close the cover. Once the cover is opened again it will reset to factory settings

What is the warranty period?

All ODDICT products come with a one-year limited warranty based on your product and region.
When you register your ODDICT product, it is warranted against original defects in material and workmanship for one year starting from the date of purchase.
ODDICT warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased directly from ODDICT or an authorized retailer.
This warranty is extended only to the original buyer or the person receiving the product as a gift and cannot be extended to any other person or be transferred.

What does my warranty cover?

Your manufacturer warranty covers you when…
· You purchased your item from Oddict.com or an authorized reseller.
· When your ODDICT product needs repairing/ needs to be restored to the proper operating condition/ needs to be replaced during the warranty period.

Before initiating the warranty process, please contact our customer service for a return authorization number.
Please safely package the product and send it to us with your proof of purchase. Please be aware that shipping costs for returned products are not covered under warranty.

What is not covered with my warranty?

Your ODDICT product warranty does not cover the following:

· Minor product imperfections that otherwise meet design specifications or material imperfections that do not hamper product functionality.
· Damage caused by misuse, abuse or use that is not in compliance with product instructions. (Drop, shock, flooding, damage, forceful use etc.)
· Damage or loss caused by lack of maintenance, accidents, fire, theft or misplacement, power surges, electronic viruses, or natural disasters.
· Damage caused by repairs or servicing not authorized by Oddict.
· Missing receipt or proof of purchase.
· Damage caused by using unauthorized accessories.
· Normal wear and tear after repeated use. (Batteries, ear tips, charging cables etc.)
· Lost or stolen of an item.

How do I return my items?

To return an item contact us at info@oddictofficial.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Once you receive your RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. If payment is still not showing please contact your banking institute for further assistance.

What is the return policy?

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can request a return or exchange.
We want to make the returns and refund process a breeze for our customers, so here’s a rundown on what to expect:
· If more than 30 days have gone by since the receipt of purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
· To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned with all the original packaging, accessories, and in the same condition which you received it in.
· A shipping charge of $5.99 will be made for returns or exchanges and will be debited out of the total cost of the product.
· Any free items or gifts included with your purchase must also be returned to us in order to process any returns or exchanges.
· Please note that it may take longer than usual to process returns and exchanges depending on the product and its availability. We will keep you updated with what is happening with your request so you can go stress-free.

· If you wish to exchange your item for a different color, please contact customer service for details. If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please request a return and place a new order for the product you prefer.
· For items purchased offline or with our retail partners please follow their return policy.

How do I track my order?

Head to 'My Page' > 'Order Status’. You will be able to review your order details and track your order.

Do I need an account to purchase?

Not at all. We’ve made it easy for you to make a purchase without having to create an account.
Simply add your product of choice to your basket and head to the checkout.

To be eligible for special perks such as welcome/birthday coupons and other offers, you’ll need to create an account.

How do I cancel my order?

Because we strive to process orders quickly, there is only a brief period of time (2 hours) during which you may change or cancel an order. Email us ASAP info@oddictofficial.com and we will try to accommodate your request.
If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery and the order will be returned to ODDICT.
Once we receive it, we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Please note this can take up to 3 weeks to fully process due to delivery time frames and Oddict receiving the product back.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. You may choose to pay for expedited shipping if you need your item expedited fees for these are available at check out. For any items that wish to be returned or exchange this will be paid by the customer.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed you will receive an email with tracking and carrier method, tap on the tracking and it will link you into the carrier’s site for updates. If you provide you phone number you may also receive a text notification with carrier and tracking information. If for whatever reason you haven’t received tracking info please contact us at info@oddictofficial.com

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We strive to process orders quickly so if you place your order before 2PM PST Monday – Friday we will ship your order the very next day. Delivery typically takes up to 3 to 5 business days.
Covid-19 Update: Due to Covid-19, delivery can or may be affected, please check your tracking number with carrier for any issues that might affect your area for delivery delays.

How do I delete my ODDICT account?

To delete your account please email us at info@oddictofficial.com and simply put in the subject line delete account. Please make sure to email us from the email you signed up with and we will delete the account within 1-2 business days of receiving email.

Product Repair / Warranty Eligibility Statement

My product is broken – can I get it repaired?
Of course! We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your item.
That’s why we offer a one-year warranty to all of our customers.
All you need to do is email our customer support info@oddictoddicial.com and they will guide you through the process.
In order to be eligible for repair or replacement under warranty, please provide the following:
· Order Number – Copy of you receipt/ proof of purchase
· Model Name
· Serial Number
· Original date of purchase

*Please note: Failure it supply proof of purchase may result in denial of warranty repair or replacement.

What happens next?...
Once your warranty request has been accepted, you will be given a unique RMA number.

When you are ready to send you warranty in, please return it to:

Please make sure you write your RMA above the address, and firmly secure it on the outside of the parcel.
Without the RMA number, your parcel may be refused and may cause server delays in processing your request.
Be sure to use shipping services that can be tracked such as UPS, FED EX and USPS as Oddict is not responsible for shipping fees or lost shipments.

Warrant does not cover
